Website Maintenance
There are constant updates being made and it is vital we keep our websites up to date otherwise conflicts and corrupt pages can occur. With our maintenance package we check your website every morning at 9am and if there are any updates or back-end changes needed we will go ahead and do them for you. In some cases, there may be a large update which puts the website offline for a few minutes, in these instances we will always arrange a time with you beforehand.
New Content
Often you will need to add new pages to your website as business comes and goes. You will have access to the back end of your website, so you can make any changes to the content on your site. That said, it can be tricky to get your head around it all and this is why we offer this service. Prices are very negotiable depending on requirements. Please note that this only applies to websites we have created.
GDPR Policies
We outsource GDPR policy generation to a 3rd party company to provide the most accurate and correct GDPR policies. This will include a Cookies Policy, Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. It is very important to make sure you have the correct policies that your website requires. Often we see websites using templates or half correct policies and this is bad, it is a legal requirement to have accurate policies. You wouldn’t drive a car without insurance would you.

Design
Next is the draft design phase. After discussing what you need from either our design or your design, we will go ahead and create a draft version online for you to take a look at and review.
Refine
Now the website is mostly built and we can discuss and make unlimited changes until you are happy with the design. Every little detail will be refined until you are happy that everything is ready.
Launch
Now that all systems are go, we’ll do a final review and then launch. We’ll run you through how to change pages and update content. Then with the basic SEO already included, everything is ready.

How much will my website cost?
Every website is different, and this is why there is no flat cost for a website. Your website price quote will differ depending on your website features and requirements. We’ve built websites from as little as £200, a website close to this figure will not have any major features such as a shop or blog system. If your website does not require any special features and it is just to provide information, we call this a brochure website and these are the cheapest to build. Websites with big features like shops, blog systems, galleries and more will increase the website build cost. I have a limited budget, I'm not sure if I can afford a website right now?
Thanks to the recent pandemic and the impact it has had on the world, we totally understand if your budget is not as strong as it could have been. We promise to always provide accurate, fair quotes and to give honest advice on your project requirements. In some cases we are able to offer monthly instalments as a way of payment.
How long will my website take?
At iDentity Websites we aim to have your website completed in a swift and accurate manor. However the exact time it takes depends on the requirements of your website. Usually we see most projects completed within 6 working days and fully launched and handed over by the 8th day. This can be quicker or slower in some instances. We pride ourselves on the speed at which we work.
Can my website have a blog or shop function?

We don’t charge more for a website because it is a blog or shop either. There may be additional costs should we need to pay for any plugins and software on your behalf in order to accomplish your goal.
